Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Vehicle & Service

Our Family Tour service is designed for private small-group travel and uses a minivan as the standard vehicle. Premium or high-end vehicles may be available upon request, subject to availability and applicable additional charges.

Package Includes

Driver transportation service, overnight accommodation, and meal expenses required by the itinerary.

Not Included

Parking fees, tolls, admission or attraction tickets, entrance fees, and other incidental or third-party expenses unless specifically included in your quotation.

Payment Terms

A 15% service fee applies. A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours: Full refund

24–48 hours: 15% cancellation fee

3–24 hours: 50% cancellation fee

Less than 3 hours / No-show: Non-refundable

Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the scheduled departure time.
