How Online Booking Works

Before you book: Please reserve at least 48 hours before your scheduled service date and confirm within 24 hours of receiving your review email. Short-notice reservations may have limited driver availability. Tap How to Book for detailed instructions.

Create your account. Select “Don’t have an account? Register,” or continue with Google by tapping the G button. Do not enter your Gmail password directly into the Blue Sky booking form.
Enter your trip time. Our booking system uses the 24-hour time format. For example, 9:00 PM = 21:00 and 12:45 AM = 00:45.
Review your reservation. After submitting your order, you will receive a review email.
Confirm your reservation. Return to My Reservations and select Confirm to finalize your booking.
Check driver details. Once a driver is assigned, their information will appear in My Reservations and will also be sent by email and text message.

Lobby Service Options
Airport drop-off — $50: Driver will assist with your luggage, help you print or prepare your boarding pass if needed, and escort you to the security checkpoint.

Airport pickup — $20: Driver will meet you inside the terminal while holding a name sign and assist with your luggage at baggage claim for domestic flights or at a designated coffee shop for international arrivals.

Parking: Airport parking fee is not included in the fair.
