Online Booking Portal Instructions

• To ensure the highest level of service and availability, we strongly recommend that all reservations be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. In addition, customers are kindly requested to confirm their reservation within 24 hours after receiving a booking confirmation from our team.

• For reservations made on short notice or confirmed close to the scheduled service time, we may be unable to guarantee immediate driver availability. In such cases, customers may experience additional wait time before a driver can be assigned and dispatched. Advance booking and timely confirmation help us coordinate schedules efficiently and ensure a smooth, reliable transportation experience.

• Register an account  by clicking “Don’t have an account? Register” or Use Gmail Login via the G sign.

• All booking messages, confirmations, and notifications will be sent directly to the email address provided during registration.

• After placing an order, you will receive a review confirmation email shortly and must return to the booking page to click the confirm button to finalize your reservation in My Reservation page.

• Driver information will also be provided through this portal. Once a driver is assigned, you will receive an email notification, and the driver’s details will be visible both in the email and within My Reservation section on the portal.

• High-End Vehicles Available Upon Request — Signature charter services including Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and premium 7-seat Cadillac SUVs are available for executive, luxury, and group transportation needs.
